Mike Bosarge announces the creation of the Mobile Bay Kayak Fishing Association.

"We have recently formed The Mobile Bay Kayak Fishing
Association.  This is a non-profit corporation to
promote the healthy, safe and fun sport of kayak
fishing.  Our first meeting is an organizational
meeting scheduled for Aug. 12th at 1pm.  We're going
to try to get a meeting room at Wintzell's Oyster
House.

I'd like to invite any member of the Mobile Canoe and
Kayak Club to the meeting and fishing trips.  Some of
our members will be participating in the Alabama
Coastal Cleanup to help out the bay.

At this time we have a yahoo group at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/mobilebaykayakfishing/
I've posted a link on our links page to your club for
any of our members.  We're anglers, yet some of our
members also like to go for a paddling tour.  So I
refer them to your club.

We hope to have the first Mobile Bay Kayak Fishing
Tournament in Mobile next year.  That depends on the
sponsors we can get of course."
